Our Delivery Process
From purchase to on-site placement — a straightforward four-phase workflow
Purchase Verified
Your container selection and transport specifics are locked in. We confirm your property address and note any unique access needs.
Unit Selected & Inspected
We identify and examine the top available unit that matches your requested dimensions, condition grade, and quality requirements.
Transport Date Arranged
We lock in a drop-off date that fits your schedule. You will get a confirmation email with the arrival window and your driver's contact details.
Set Down at Your Location
The container is hauled in and positioned on your prepared pad or foundation. The operator places it precisely per your layout directions.
Transport Options
We match the proper equipment to your property layout and terrain
Roll-Off Tilt Trailer
The standard method — a hydraulic tilt-bed trailer rolls the container off the back directly onto your prepared surface. Works best with level ground and clear overhead access.
Flatbed with Crane Assist
A flatbed truck delivers the container and a crane lifts it into position. Ideal for tight spaces, elevated foundations, or spots the tilt-bed can't reach.
Hydraulic Side-Loader
Specialized truck with built-in hydraulic arms that lift the container from the side. Great for narrow driveways and constrained residential lots.
Site Preparation
Get your site ready for a smooth delivery and solid foundation
Foundation Options
- Concrete piers — Most common for permanent builds. Piers at each corner and along the rails.
- Concrete slab — Full slab for a finished, level surface. Best for homes and ADUs.
- Gravel pad — Affordable option for workshops and storage conversions. Provides drainage.
- Railroad ties / timber — Quick, budget-friendly for temporary placements or while permits are processed.
- Helical piles — Screw-in piers for soft or sandy soil. Minimal ground disturbance.
Clearance Requirements
- Driveway width: Minimum 12 feet wide for the delivery truck to access your site.
- Overhead clearance: At least 14 feet — watch for power lines, tree branches, and overhangs.
- Approach length: 100+ feet of straight approach for tilt-bed delivery.
- Ground surface: Firm, level ground. Soft or muddy surfaces may require gravel or mats.
- Turning radius: Trucks need room to turn. Cul-de-sacs and tight corners may require a crane delivery.
